Reviews and Ratings
My stay was fine for the few days I stayed there. The hotel's location was great to explore the downtown area. However, the rooms appeared a little outdated and did not match the ones on the website. The hotel is a bit far from town compared to other options.
The hotel rooms were stunningly beautiful and clean, with a huge shower and lovely vanity that I wished I could take home. The size of the room was good, and it was kept very nice and clean. However, there was an unexpected extra charge of $20 per night for bringing a pet, which I wasn't aware of initially. The service was quite accommodating, especially during a family emergency, but some attention to detail could be improved. The location was enticing, allowing easy access to various attractions in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, and the surrounding NW suburbs of Chicago. Dining options varied daily and were amazing, making it a great spot for families or couples. The facilities were also well-maintained and lovely to enjoy.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a great view of the harbor but fell short in other aspects, feeling like a rushed renovation. The service was mostly pleasant, but a mishap with misplaced items soured the experience. The location was convenient, placing me close to Kenosha attractions but lacking transparency on safety features. The dining options varied from exceptional to disappointing. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
